Good Morning from High Places Community Church,
We wanted to take this opportunity to offer another reminder that we are changing our website, database, and giving platform over to a new platform that consists of a mobile phone app, livestream abilities, and much more. Below are the step-by-step instructions for downloading the app.

• On your smartphone, open your Google Play or Apple Store.
• If using your television, just open the Roku or Apple TV search bar.
• In the search bar, type “High Places CC”
• Our app should appear (it has a tiny green mountain in the center), download and install.
• Serf around the app some and you’ll see a “News and Notes” section, Special Sundays (like Easter and Mother’s Day), latest sermons, website, and more.
• In the top of the app, you can click on your profile to update your photo, or any contact information that you’d like. You’ll also see any groups to which you belong and group messages that may have been communicated.
• On Sunday mornings at 11:00am you are invited to join our livestream, which will appear at the top of your app landing page a few minutes before each weekly service begins.

Over time, we will have many more features. Including suggested Scripture readings, group requests, summer camp registration forms, and more.

Special note: If you are currently giving through the app either regularly or occasionally, we apologize for the disruption as we move everything under the one roof of the app. At the bottom of home screen landing page in the app, you will find links to our new giving platform (run through Stripe). It’s in the bottom right-hand corner.

Beginning June13, online giving on our old webpage will be disabled and donations will have to be processed through the new platform. We hope you will make that transition with us as we move more joyfully into the mobile world with this change.
We look forward to further sharing the great things God is doing at High Places with each of you and our broader world.

In other news, this Saturday is our youth-themed quiz night! All proceeds from this event go to our youth summer camp, which is coming up July 7-12. You can learn more, as well as reserve a table on the app, just click on “High Places Happenings” and you will see the registration page.

If you can’t attend but would like to make a camp donation anyway, head to our giving page (either online or on the app), and select the drop-down menu and you will see a fund for camp donations and registrations. We appreciate the support we receive each year that enables us to provide this experience for our city’s teenagers.

Happy Wednesday High Places!

I want to welcome you all to the new "News and Notes" and to our new High Places mobile app. If you're reading this, you did it! You have officially invited High Places into your mobile device and you will have access to a whole bunch of new exciting things.

We will learning together as we go, but for now, enjoy the Bible integration in the app, never miss a Sunday with both a weekly livestream at 11:00 am each Sunday, as well as access to past messages.

We'll blog here some, maybe even podcast one day! Our teams can communicate via app notifications and built in SMS text messaging. We will be able to fill out camp registrations quickly and easily and check the calendar for upcoming events!
